When Garnier wanted to build deeper relationships with their audience and engage consumers via digital channels, they created an online community called ‘The Circle’ along with an iPhone app where consumers can connect with each other to get access to news, promotions and content.
Members of ‘The Circle’ also get access to recommended products and a barcode scanner within the app to scan Garnier products in-store that are matched to their specific beauty needs.
